Information about Passenger Service Charges at Sarajevo International Airport

mass media have recently been mentioning repeatedly the amount of charges of P.C. „SARAJEVO“ International Airport LLC Sarajevo paid by users of our services.
In that respect we hereby wish to explain the public what this amount includes and what service it pertains to.
Passenger service charge at Sarajevo International Airport equals 18 EUR, and it is paid by departing passengers only. This amount is used for improvement of passenger infrastructure and advancement of the services rendered by Sarajevo International Airport. The Passenger Service Charge is defined in compliance with ICAO and it implies services that airports provide to passengers. Other, additional charges paid by passengers within air ticket price are not the charges of Sarajevo International Airport.
